What can I order?
You
may order all items shown on our online catalogue. If you are
interested in an item that is not found on our website please email
bitters@bittersbaitandtackle.com or call (407) 699-6619 and we can look
into it for you.
How can I order?
You may order via our
secure online ordering system or you can fax an order to us at (407)
699-6629. Please insure that you contact information is clearly visible
so we may contact you by phone. You may also place an order by
contacting us directly by calling (407) 699-6619. Our hours of operation
are Monday through Friday between 6am EST and 6pm EST and you may call
Saturday and Sunday between 5:30am EST and 5pm EST.
How can I pay?
You may pay with a Master card, Visa card, Discover card or American Express.
How long will it take to receive my order?
USPS
Priority Mail normally takes between 2-3 working days regardless of
destination. Note - Transit days for shipments are business days and do
not include weekends or holidays. Transit days are approximate and not
guaranteed on shipments.
What happens if I don’t receive my package?
We
add a USPS Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation to every package we
ship. This service gives you the date, zip code and time your package
was delivered. Bitter's Bait and Tackle will not replace packages that
are lost or stolen. Bitter's Bait and Tackle will not be responsible for
lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not
notified of an address change, before the shipment of your order,
refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be
accepted.
What if I change my mind?
You are welcome to
return or exchange any items purchased from Bitter's Bait and Tackle.
The products must be returned in the same condition they were received
in and in their original packaging. Bitter's Bait and Tackle will refund
the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be
your responsibility.
Will I have to pay any taxes?
Only orders shipped to Florida residents are subject to the state sales tax.
What happens to my personal information?

Returns and Exchanges
- If you receive an order that has been filled incorrectly, you must
return the product by shipping it back to Bitter's Bait and Tackle where
we will check the items against the order that we received. We will at
that point either replace the product with the correct items, or issue a
refund for those cost. Shipping will not be refunded if these items
were part of a larger order. In the event that you would like to return
an item please, please call and speak with a customer service
representative who will give you return information specific to the
product you are returning.
